Work with us
Two ways to participate
For industrial buyers
Procurement and maintenance teams can share a bill of materials, an urgent spare-parts requirement or a planned replacement. Identify each part, revision, required condition, delivery location and intended use.
Submit an RFQFor independent suppliers
Distributors, surplus dealers and refurbishment specialists can apply to be considered for relevant requests. We manually review legal registration, equipment capabilities and supporting evidence before approval.

Request-to-introduction process
How sourcing requests are handled
Kalman Control reviews requests and supplier applications manually. Supplier matching and introductions depend on the request, the available evidence and compliance clearance.
Submit your requirement
Identify the manufacturer, model, quantity, condition, destination and end user. Include relevant technical specifications.
Requirement review
We check scope, compatibility details and compliance questions. We may request supporting documents through an agreed channel.
Match with approved suppliers
Once cleared for sharing, suitable requests may be referred to manually approved independent suppliers.
Receive and compare quotations
When quotations are available, compare condition, testing evidence, scope, price, lead time and commercial terms.
Select a suitable offer
Confirm whether the offer meets your requirements and identify any open technical or commercial questions.
Request a business introduction
We assess the proposed introduction and coordinate contact when appropriate and agreed by the parties.
Participation and compliance
What to know before you submit
- An RFQ starts a review. Availability, delivery dates, quotation responses and introductions depend on the case.
- Suppliers act independently. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for their final contract and should agree equipment condition, test results, delivery obligations and warranties in writing.
- For cross-border requests, we review the item, parties, destination, end user and intended use before any supplier referral. Export controls, sanctions and restrictions on brokerage or technical assistance may apply to new and used equipment.
- Share complete and accurate information about the intended use and final destination. Requests may be declined or held while we establish whether the proposed work can proceed.
